Personal data still public and for sale in Sweden!

Copied from dataskydd.net.

  1. I am a swedish citizen, I was also born here. The more I read about this here in Sweden, the more dissapointed I get about how nonchalant a citizens personal information is handled here. It’s a disgrace, that this country does not seem to care about the safety and privacy of it’s own citizens.
It should not be that hard to understand for these mediocre legislators and politicians that citizens personal information is not part of a so called freedom of expression or part of a freedom of publication.
What is wrong with this country?
Government agencies selling out their own citizens personal information, and then business selling it to the next third party.
As far as I know, this Utgivningsbevis and this problem, is also unique to Sweden.
It really makes you wonder why Sweden find it so difficult or hard to do the right thing here. It’s not really rocket science how to properly solve this problem.
If nothing is done about this very soon, the country will experience much more cybercrime and identity theft, and soon more attention from criminals from foreign nations will cause even more problems. It’s really pathetic that Sweden let this go on.
Even countries that Sweden look down on have made sure personal information is protected.
I will personally leave this country for good if nothing changes regarding the utgivningsbevis and posting of a persons personal information online without the individuals consent.
The failed immigration politics, ghetos outside any major city is growing and already have more crime. Then there’s the stupid queing system for an apartment, that takes between 4-16 years, depending where you are located. The pensionaires who can’t live of their pensions. The ridiculous tv-licensen, trains that never work during summer and winter, the long harsh cold climat etc.
Nobody really seems to care to much here about what is important anymore.
I wish it was different, and that we had more competent people runnings things, that actually care about their country and it’s citizens.
Sweden could be a great rolemodel for the world, but today nobody is really saying anything good about Sweden abroad. It’s really their own fault.
I had to rant, as it’s not that great here anymore overall.
